One of my all-time favs Hawk. Some people don't get how funny that movie really is, but good thing most people that I know who have seen it love it as much as me. Man there are too many funny parts to count but my fav scene is my avatar when he just says fugg it and wraps himself in bed sheets and a tie than kicks open the door in preparation to set himself on fire

And Tyler Negron as the mailman and Booger as his best friend.  It's a classic, my kids are still too young but we will be watching that one for sure together.

Daddy Daughter date at the Cardinals game, she won free tickets through her library reading program, great pitcher's duel til the 9th when LaRussa pulled his usual idiot stuff.

Free tix amounted to $76 of parking, food and souvenirs...hahaha, yeah free, but she is worth it and I got to enjoy being with her.  We left after the 4th inning since she has school in the morning, but I think she had fun.  We got there early and caught Dodgers BP (Cards had BP before the gates opened) and took a ball.  She got James Loney, Tony Gwinn Jr and some Sellers guy so she was thrilled.  They also panned us on the big screen.  Growing up in Iowa, I didn't get to see an MLB game til 7th grade field trip to Wrigley and never got any autographs as a kid so she is lucky. 

The only thing I really didn't like are these autograph hounds, I had to stand next to her (she is 8 and about 55 lbs at 51") so she wouldn't get trampled by big kids and old men.  Sheesh

It's actually a bit cold in Joisey this am. Fall is approaching and football is king while fans are gunning each other down in the parking lots.

The Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees are remodeling thier stadium next season. They are throwing around the idea of playing their home games at Frontier Field in Rochester, NY. That would meen a 140 something games between the Red Wings and Yankees next spring/summer in Roch. Not sure if that is a good thing though, this is a big Yankee backing area. I would hate to see more folks rooting for the Yanks than the Red Wings when they play each other. We will see what happens.
