I've said a couple of times sid monies could go in two different directions.  #1 jobs for rebuilding our roads--and yes I admit that is spending the money but will it hurt our economy won't it put money in the coffers?.  My other suggestion has been to put the money away for a rainy day.  How does that hurt us in any way?  BOTH approaches are positives.  Yet you still play the stubborn shjt and refuse to admit it.

We have a cxushion, and have for some time.  What we got now is not a cushion, it is a Stearns and Foster Bed.   


And I am sorry Red, we have been talking rates for some time now (years).  Until I see some real attempt at tax reform and spending control, I am not budging on rates.


I will say you have a better chance at selling me on infrastructure than UE benefits, but that is something more down the road.  Same as a rainy day.  Yu cannot save while you interest on debt is accumulating more than you are putting away.
