Good Friday Morning GB10, this is the last call for Vikes & Comet...it's now or never for these two chumps

 

Marty got an excellent performance from Wainwright and then piled on with solid contributions from most of his hitters to open up a nearly 50 point lead..and he still has a 1 SP advantage to boot.  I knew pulling out a win this week was going to be difficult and with Jake Peavy and Madsion Bumgarner both getting a loss combined with Joey Votto being on the DL still, only a small miracle will give me a shot at stealing victory from the jaws of defeat.

 

Dwight Howard to Lakers and Andrew Bynum to the Sixers, but at the expense of the other A.I. (Andre Iguadala) and I have no clue what the Magic and Nugeets gave up...now that's a blockbuster trade.  Why can't I ever pull off that kind of deal in one of my fantasy leagues???

 

I don't know if Vikes and/or Comet will accept their Justice league invite or not, but now I'm kind of hoping that Vikes doesn't so I can implement a rule effective as of last year that states that the worst team will automatically be excluded from the league for 1 season.  This would keep the regular season very interesting for everyone regardless of their record and reduce the likelihood that anyone just mails it in if they get off to a bad start.

Now as I mentioned before, send an open invite to LeCarp (Larry) already (damn u)!!,

I have indicated in previous posts that LeCarp is on deck and will be the first one accepted if either Comet or Vikes don't accept their invite so unless he hasn't seen them due to not being around, he should know where he stands.  I don't have any of his contact info so before I can issue the open invite he first needs to demonstrate his commitment to the league by providing both an email address (so I can send him the invite to the private league) and a cell phone number (so we can text him when he's on the clock during the draft if he's not actively on the thread)

All 12 Justice League owners will be locked in before end of day...I'm simply not going to drag this out forever.
