It is called a .gif file..all of the animated avatars are .gif files.  Used a couple myself in the past, like Evgeni Malkin hoisting the Stanley Cup for the Pens.

To find some gifs, do a Google Image search of what you are looking for followed by "gif".

NFL coaches put in such insane hours that it's probably not much of a stretch to say that, for most guys, there are two things in their life: family and football. Things are not going well for Sean Payton on either front.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports that Payton, already suspended by the NFL for a year, has filed for divorce from his wife.

I thought that they came back. Then everyone let's us know if they are participateing again this season. But maybe not.

I'll be there........and hopefully will make the draft this year.  LOL
