Dude, complains about how fans of other teams come to their board and complain about bad calls and how lucky Iowa is a couple of day sbefore the IU-Iowa game. Then the tool gets all possesive of "his" board. Seriously, dude...enjoy the ride...your team is 9-0...quit worrying about what anyone else is saying. Some fans are funny, but this is Indiana dammit. GO HOOSIERS.
Because they are carrying the very important IU - Purdue volleyball match.
GO HOOSIERS.
If you need to see it check out BigTenNetwork.com, but you'll have to pay $2.99 to see the live stream. Errek Suhr will be on the call on the video stream online.
I'm going out on a limb and say SEVENTEEN;I was obviously joking about the 7. I think 17 is a reasonable win total for IU. What would you think about that? That would probably send you to the NIT.
Hey Dale, I see ya brought Paul along for the ride again...silly cats fans. If IU wins 17, they definitely would get an invite to the NIT. They play 30 regular season games and even if they lose their first Big Ten Tournament game, they would be 17-14...no way the NIT doesn't take IU with that record.
Of course I'm not agreeing there's 17 wins in that schedule... mainly because I think it will be tough to even go 8-4 non-conference, which would mean 9-9 in conference and that might be a huge stretch. I've been saying they have a realistic chance to win 7 in conference... that would mean 10-2 non-conference and with games against UK, Pitt, Maryland, Ole Miss and at least one more tough opponent in Puerto Rico...
Either way, it will be fun to watch a team that seems to have the horse to keep the tempo quick...maybe we can actually start calling them the Hurryin' Hoosiers again.
I hear ya, peyton. But, that's the thing about teams filled with freshmen and sophomores...surprises are a two way street. They may well win a few they aren't supposed to win, but they will likely lose a couple they shouldn't. If they can avoid the letdowns, then yea, maybe they can win 17.
