Supplemental draft hopeful Vanness Emokpae's Pro Day workout for NFL scouts is available on YouTube.

In the July 6 workout, Emokpae runs through the variety of drills NFL scouts use in grading prospects -- the 5-10-5, three cone drill, vertical jump, etc. He also is put through running back drills and asked to catch a variety of passes.

Emokpae appears to be in good shape with a broad, defined upper body. He shows good overall athleticism, but doesn't demonstrate the rare explosiveness most teams are looking for at the running back position.

Emokpae, 6-1 and 240 pounds, has the bulk to convert to fullback, but would have to learn to play with a level of physicality he didn't show on previous film.

My grade (and Supplemental draft expectation) for Emokpae remains the same after viewing this workout. I believe he has the size and athleticism to consider as an undrafted free agent, but is not a draftworthy commodity. The trick with Emokpae is not determining if he's talented or a hardworker. I'm told he is. The trick is finding a role for him to warrant a roster spot.

See Emokpae's workout for yourself.
